The Board provides governance and oversight of OneCanopi, establishes policy, and helps ensure the organization remains accountable to its mission and the communities it serves.
OneCanopi is governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners appointed to staggered five-year terms. Two Commissioners are appointed by the Hamilton City Manager, with approval from Hamilton City Council; one Commissioner is appointed by the Butler County Court of Common Pleas; one by the Butler County Probate Court; and one by the Butler County Board of Commissioners.
Working in partnership with OneCanopi leadership, the Board helps guide the organization’s strategic direction while supporting our commitment to quality housing, responsible stewardship, community stability, and opportunity throughout Butler County.

The OneCanopi Board of Commissioners meets regularly to conduct the official business of the organization and provide governance and oversight of OneCanopi’s work.
