You can apply for housing assistance by visiting our application portal. Follow the instructions provided on the site to complete your application step-by-step. You’ll need proof of income, ID, and proof of household composition.

Typically you’ll need government-issued ID, proof of income (pay stubs or tax returns), social security cards for all household members, and birth certificates for any minors. A full checklist is included with the application materials.

Eligibility for housing assistance is based on income, family size, and specific housing needs. Income limits vary by program and household size. Please review our guidelines to check if you qualify before applying.
 
Landlords can apply through our dedicated landlord portal. We encourage landlords to familiarize themselves with the application requirements and HQS standards. Our team will walk you through the process from registration to your first tenant placement.
 
Use the “Register as a Vendor” link in the Vendors & Contracting section above. Once registered, you’ll receive email notifications when relevant RFPs and bid opportunities become available. We especially encourage Section 3 eligible businesses to register.
 
Section 3 is a HUD program that helps connect employment, training, and contracting opportunities to low-income individuals and families. Visit our Work With Us page for the full Section 3 explanation and qualification criteria.
